Anjona Mondal blends ancient yogic science with therapeutic care to restore balance in body and mind. An M.Sc in yoga, she brings deep expertise in emotional healing and holistic wellness.
Beyond the mat, Anjona is a back-to-back World Kettlebell Champion Gold Medalist, combining strength, discipline, and mindfulness in every session she leads.
Dhiman Das focuses on recovery, performance, and pain-free movement. With special knowledge in athletic and gym-related rehab, he helps clients heal from injuries, correct imbalances, and rebuild strength safely.
His hands-on approach blends modern physio techniques with Cup Therapy and Needle Therapy to accelerate healing and restore mobility.

For your comfort and safety, we recommend fitted, breathable activewear to all classes at 2nd Heart. Socks are preferred on the mat. Please avoid loose jewelry and strong perfumes. Yoga mats: you’re welcome to bring your own. We suggest bringing a small towel and a water bottle to stay fresh and hydrated.
